Founder and President of the Society for Organisational Learning, (SOL) Senge’s hugely influential bestseller The Fifth Discipline introduced the idea  that companies learn from and adapt to both their members and their wider society.  Currently a professor at MIT, he has most recently applied his ideas to strategies for creating a more sustainable world.
